Max Dauphin: Celebrating the Life and Art of a Luxembourgish Artist and Globetrotter
Max Dauphin, a Luxembourgish artist and sculptor, was known for his figurative works created through diverse techniques such as collage and graffiti. Inspired by his extensive travels, his art reflects the various cultures and landscapes he encountered. Despite passing away at the young age of 47 in 2024, his legacy lives on through a rich collection of artworks.
A selection of his pieces is currently being exhibited at the Reuter Bausch Gallery in Luxembourg, allowing visitors to rediscover his global inspirations. His widow, Catherine Decker, expressed her gratitude for his lasting influence, while gallery owner Julie Reuter is working on compiling a comprehensive catalog of his work.
